What’s Involved

  • The Wim Hof Method Fundamentals Workshop is an immersive experience designed to teach you how to harness your breath, embrace the cold, and strengthen your body and mind. Led by a certified Wim Hof Method instructor, this session will introduce you to the three pillars of the method:

Breathwork – Tap into deep oxygenation and energy control.
Cold Exposure – Learn to embrace the cold and build resilience.
Mindset & Focus – Develop mental strength and presence.

This workshop is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. You’ll leave with practical tools to integrate breathwork and cold exposure into your daily life.

  • Breath is the foundation of everything. In this session, you’ll learn the Wim Hof breathing technique, designed to:

✔ Reduce stress and promote deep relaxation
✔ Enhance focus, clarity, and endurance

You’ll be guided through multiple rounds of breathwork and will experience a shift in your nervous system first-hand.

✔ How cold immersion affects your circulation and immune system
✔ The importance of controlled exposure and proper breathing
✔ Techniques to stay calm and relaxed in the cold

This part of the workshop will prepare you for the ice bath experience, ensuring you feel safe, prepared, and confident.

  • The ultimate test of breath control and mindset. You’ll be guided step-by-step into an ice bath, where you’ll:

✔ Apply your breathwork skills to control stress responses
✔ Build resilience and mental toughness
✔ Experience the rush of clarity and energy that follows cold immersion

Whether it’s your first time or you’ve done ice baths before, this is an unforgettable experience.

  • To get the most out of your experience, here are some tips:

✔ Avoid caffeine before the workshop and eat light (of fast before) to ensure you have a light/empty stomach

✔ Arrive with an open mind and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone.
✔ Stay well-hydrated before, during and after the workshop
✔ Dress in comfortable, warm layers (for after the ice bath).
